One-to-one Chart Hour
A single table session with Helen. Bring a printed chart that has been confusing you, or work through a pack from the school. The hour is for looking at one page slowly, not for a tour of every market you follow.
£80 per session · 75 minutes, Tuesday to Thursday between 10:00 and 16:00
Who it is for
People who have finished the workshop and want a second pair of eyes, and newcomers who cannot make the Tuesday series. It is not a standing advisory relationship.
What you should be able to do afterwards
You leave with the page in front of you marked more honestly than when you arrived, and a short written note of the two or three decisions Helen asked you to justify.
Scope
One instrument, one timeframe, one sitting. If you arrive with a stack of printouts, Helen will ask you to choose a single sheet in the first five minutes.

- 75 minutes at the table
- Use of the school's spare pencils and printed examples if you bring nothing
- A photocopy of the marked page if you want one to take away

- Ongoing WhatsApp comment on prices after you leave
- Written reports for a third party
- Help filling in a broker application
Tutor, place, preparation
Helen Cartwright only. There is no junior tutor.

Print the chart on A4, portrait or landscape, with enough history to show more than a few bars. Write your own marks in pencil before you arrive if you already have a view. Leave alerts and live prices off during the sitting.
Helen will stop the session if the conversation turns into a request for a buy or sell instruction. Deposits are in the refund page. Late arrival beyond fifteen minutes cannot be extended into the next booking.

You explain, without jargon, what you think you are looking at. Helen listens before she picks up a pencil.
Marks and disagreements
Swings, ranges and the places you have forced a line. Expect to erase.
Two questions to take home
Not a shopping list of indicators. Usually something like: where would this map be wrong, and what would you need to see next week to change your mind.
Fee
£80 for 75 minutes. Paid when the time is agreed. Additional time is a new booking, not an overtime rate on the same day.

Helen will sit with any printed daily or weekly chart you can legally obtain, provided you are there to practise structure, not to hunt for a tip. She does not specialise in those markets and will say so.
